| Marinetek marina pontoons
are constructed of pre-fabricated pontoon elements. The standard
width of timber decked elements is 2,4 m but a selection also includes
1,8 m, 2,0 m, 3,0 m, 3,8 m, 4,3 m, 5,0 m and 6,0 m wide elements.
Floats are made of either plastic or concrete.
Marinetek's concrete pontoons are extremely strong and stable.
In the process of fabrication, K45 watertight fibre concrete is
used in addition to hot-dip galvanised reinforcement. A special
substance reduces the shrinking and cracking that is characteristic
of thin concrete compositions, and also creates a watertight structure.
All other pontoon structures are also fabricated using only the
best materials and all products undergo strict quality control
before delivery.
